Your program includes 1 monthly lesson and a monthly live Q&A session, which is recorded so you can revisit the training and guidance when needed.

That’s okay. The Q&A sessions are recorded, so you can watch the replay if you can’t attend live.

The lessons are provided monthly, with ongoing access to the recorded Q&A sessions. You can work through the material alongside your existing business and schedule.

No. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer terms. Please review the offer details carefully before purchasing to make sure the program is right for you.

BYD Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

At BYD Coaching Inc., we want every client to feel supported in the work they choose to do with us. Our Satisfaction Guarantee gives eligible clients an opportunity to receive additional private support when they feel they need more guidance from KJ.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

BYD Coaching Inc. operates under a no-refund policy for paid programs, services, and offers unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to provide additional support rather than a monetary refund.

If an eligible client participates in a BYD Coaching offer and feels they need additional support, they may request the Satisfaction Guarantee.

When approved, the guarantee provides four (4) days of private sessions with KJ at no additional cost.

2. Four-Day Private Support

The four-day private support period is intended to give the client additional time and space to receive personalized guidance from KJ.

The support may be used to:

• Clarify questions related to the client's program experience
• Receive additional coaching and guidance
• Work through areas where the client feels stuck
• Discuss how to apply the concepts or strategies covered in the applicable offer

The specific session format, duration, communication method, and scheduling will be determined by BYD Coaching Inc. based on the applicable offer and KJ's availability.

3. Eligibility

To request the Satisfaction Guarantee, a client must:

• Have purchased an eligible BYD Coaching offer.
• Have participated in the applicable program, service, or experience.
• Contact BYD Coaching Inc. within the applicable guarantee period.
• Meet any additional eligibility requirements stated in the specific offer terms.

The Satisfaction Guarantee does not automatically apply to every BYD Coaching offer. Where an offer has different or additional terms, those terms will apply.

4. No-Refund Policy

The Satisfaction Guarantee does not provide a refund, credit, cancellation payment, or other monetary reimbursement.

The four (4) days of private support with KJ are the satisfaction remedy provided under this general policy, unless the specific offer states otherwise.

Requesting or receiving the Satisfaction Guarantee does not change the original purchase terms.

5. Scheduling

Private sessions are subject to KJ's availability.

Once a Satisfaction Guarantee request is approved, BYD Coaching Inc. will provide scheduling instructions and coordinate the four-day support period with the client.

The four-day period does not necessarily mean four full calendar days of unlimited access to KJ. Session length, availability, and communication method will depend on the applicable offer and the arrangements confirmed by BYD Coaching Inc.

6. Participant Responsibility

Additional private support is intended to provide guidance and coaching. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, participation, and application of information provided during their sessions.

BYD Coaching Inc. does not guarantee specific personal, emotional, professional, business, financial, sales, income, or other outcomes.

Individual experiences and results may vary.

7. No Transfer or Cash Value

The Satisfaction Guarantee is personal to the eligible client.

The four-day private support cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another person.

8. Offer-Specific Terms

This policy provides the general framework for the BYD Coaching Satisfaction Guarantee.

Individual programs, services, or offers may have additional eligibility requirements, timelines, exclusions, or procedures. Where those terms are provided at the time of purchase, they form part of the applicable agreement.

9. Agreement

By purchasing an eligible BYD Coaching offer, the client acknowledges that they have read and understood the applicable purchase terms and Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.

The client understands that BYD Coaching Inc. maintains a no-refund policy and that the Satisfaction Guarantee provides additional private support with KJ rather than a monetary refund, subject to the applicable terms.
